Do you do office moves, long distance moves, offer packing services?
We are a full-service moving company and want to be your one-stop-shop for all the things involved in the moving process. We can pack, unpack and haul off moving debris. We can do anything from single piece moves, full moves including extra stops for pick ups and/or drop offs. We do primarily household moves but can also do commercial moves. We can move you down the street or across the county.

What form of payments do you accept?
At the time of booking, we will need a debit/credit card to reserve your moving date. The actual payment for the move will be collected in cash or check. If you would like to use a Visa, MasterCard, or Discover, the hourly rate will increase by $10/hr.  There will be a $30 fee assessed for return checks.

What if we need storage?
Sometimes in the moving process there is a need for storage, and we have different options and will help you to determine what works best for your situation. We offer private storage options as well as traditional storage. Storage is offered on a month-to-month basis, no long-term contracts, for as long as you need. Our pricing is competitive with the big storage companies, and we have move in deals that will save you some money.

I’m a repeat customer, do I get a discount?
Yes, all repeat customers will get a 5% discount off the labor charges. We will also waive all rental fees for tv boxes and wardrobes which are normally billed at $35 and $10 respectively. The savings add up quickly!

Do the movers accept tips?
If you feel that the movers did an excellent job, they will gratefully accept tips.

Will there be any additional/hidden charges when my move is completed?
We are a business of honesty and integrity! We all like surprises…just not when it comes to moving. All charges, including the hourly rate and any travel fees, will be agreed upon prior to booking the move.

We always encourage customers to check with the Better Business Bureau before hiring a mover.

Will I be charged a fee if I need to reschedule or cancel my move?
We understand that there are many variables involved in the moving process. There is no fee associated with rescheduling or canceling appointments with notice of more than 48 business hours (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays) prior to move. However, we want to be flexible and respect your time, and ask the same in return.

If you need to cancel or reschedule with a notice of 48 hours or less, there will be a 2 hour minimum plus trip charge assessed. This cancellation date will be given to you at the time of booking.

The will of God will never lead you where the grace of God cannot protect you.
