Hourly Rates
Bell Brothers Moving can service all your moving needs. We do as little or as much as you need. All of our hourly rates are based on payments made by cash or check. The rates are increased if you are paying with a debit/credit card. The hourly rates are as follows:
Load and Unload (Labor Only)
Bell Brothers Moving offers labor services for all of your moving needs. We can load/unload rental trucks, pods, shipping containers and even move furniture around in your home or to your garage for remodeling needs. If we are loading your rental truck, please be aware that we are going to need moving blankets, shrink wrap and tie down rope to make sure your load is secured and protected. You can rent these from the truck rental company or we can provide them for an additional cost.
2 Person – 2 hr minimum $140/hr
3 Person – 2 hr minimum $165/hr
Pack and Unpack (Labor Only)
Bell Brothers Moving can send a team to help you pack or even unpack. Our packing services range from just packing the kitchen/dining room, to packing those odd items that are hard to pack like lamp, pictures, art, mirrors, large decor pieces, etc or doing full-service pack where you don’t have to lift a finger. Our pack teams come in a commercial cargo van filled with all the packing supplies needed to make sure your belongings are protected. Our teams can also remove all the post-move debris to leave your home free of all the boxes and paper after you are settled in.

3 Person – 2 hr minimum $165/hr
Hourly Moves
Bell Brothers Moving will provide the truck, trailer, moving blankets, fuel, labor and equipment for the move.
1 Truck
2 Person – 2 hr minimum $140/hr
3 Person – 2 hr minimum $165/hr
4 Person – 2 hr minimum 190/hr
2 Trucks
4 Person – 2 hr minimum $280/hr
5 Person – 2 hr minimum $305/hr
6 Person – 2 hr minimum $330/hr
Trip Charge
There will be a trip charge assessed with each service we offer. The trip charge is what allows the hourly billing to start at the “load” location and end at the “unload” location. To determine the trip charge, we will track the mileage traveled from our shops to the loading location plus the mileage from the unload location back to our shops. If we travel less than 29 miles, there will be a half-hour trip charge, travel of 30-59 miles will be an hour trip charge and 60+ miles will be billed at 1.5hrs, etc. If there is a long-distance move, there will be a mileage charge tracked on the total one-way travel.
